*This IS subject to change. Some members of our team may choose not to cross the picket line. If they make this decision, we may need to send children home as safety for all is paramount, and that relies on having enough adults present. We ask for your understanding as this is a personal decision that these staff members will make, knowing that they will not be paid for the day. Please do not personally approach staff members or message them on dojo to ask if they will be attending.
Due to current funding, we are already working at minimum staffing capacity even on the days when there is not industrial action. We aim to offer a very limited number of spaces during the action for our most vulnerable children but cannot make any guarantees.
We cannot open safely without enough adults. Further communications will follow, if your child is eligible
We understand that this may cause some disruption, and we apologise for any inconvenience that may occur.
There may be also be a picket line present at the school. If you or your children would like to show your support or ask questions to the team taking action, you would be very welcome to do so.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We appreciate your ongoing support and cooperation. Industrial action is not something that anyone wants to do.
Best regards,
Mrs Phillips
Head Teacher
