Swindon Borough Council Childcare Survey

Please see message from Swindon Borough Council regarding a childcare survey which we have been asked to share with parents.

Dear Parent/ Carer:

Swindon Borough Council is doing an assessment of childcare in the borough to understand how we can best meet the childcare needs of parents/ carers in the area and to help to improve provision.

As part of this Coram Family and Childcare, a children’s charity, is working with Swindon Borough Council to conduct a survey of parents/ carers, to hear your views and experiences of childcare.

Please follow this link: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/SN_PCRS and please complete by Friday 26th May (it should take around 5-10 minutes).

If you are happy to provide your contact details at the end of the survey you will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win a £100 shopping voucher.

We would like to hear about the type of childcare you use, or the reasons why you don't use childcare, and whether the right childcare and support is available to you. By childcare we mean formal childcare such as nursery; childminder; nanny/ au pair; before and after school clubs and holiday clubs as well as informal childcare such as grandparents and friends.

How will my data be protected? Your response will be kept entirely confidential, and stored in our secure folder until May 2024 when they will be deleted.

If you have any questions or would like more information about this research, please contact Coram Family and Childcare on: childcare@coram.org.uk

Thanks so much for your support.
