Opal Play Co-Ordinator

We wish to appoint Well-being and Play Co-ordinator for our primary school to start as soon as possible.

 

Did you know that Playtime is 20% of a child’s time in education? This can make a huge difference to the lives of all children. We have an exciting new opportunity for an individual who is passionate about wellbeing and play!

 

We have recently implemented an exciting new programme called OPAL to give our children greater opportunities for learning through play. Click find out more about OPAL outdoor Play and Learning.

 

Salary: M1 11 hours per week (minimum – every lunchtime plus flexible hours)

Weeks per annum: 39 weeks term time only

Closing date: Thursday 16th May 2024 12 noon

Interviews: Tuesday 21st May 2024

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who would like to be Wellbeing and PLAY coordinator at EAST WICHEL working across the primary range at and around lunchtimes. Approximately - 11:45-1:15 each day plus adhoc flexible hours to complete other elements of the role.

Is passionate about play and children having a positive playtime

Has a desire to make a positive difference
